Our Home 2 Home Adoption Program helps pet owners find new homes for their pets without bringing them into the shelter. This keeps pets in a familiar environment, reduces stress, and allows the shelter to focus on animals in urgent need.

HOW IT WORKS

Complete the rehoming form using the link below. Once submitted, your pet will be reviewed and posted on this page. You will communicate directly with potential adopters and are responsible for selecting the new owner.


For Adopters:
Browse the available pets listed below. Contact the current owner directly using the information provided. Meet the pet and ensure it is a good fit for your home. All adoptions are arranged between you and the current owner.

This handsome 8-month-old tan male is a Labrador Retriever, Beagle, and Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a whole lot of energy! He is up to date on all of his vaccinations and is ready to find a family that can give him the active lifestyle he deserves.

His previous owners loved him very much, but after the husband passed away, his wife was no longer able to care for him due to health reasons. Now he's looking for a fresh start with someone who has the time and energy to help him thrive.

While he hasn't had much socialization, he's a sweet, affectionate boy who just needs patience and guidance as he continues to learn about the world. Because he's young and energetic, he'll do best with a family that enjoys daily walks, playtime, and interactive activities to keep both his mind and body busy.

Rosie is a sweet, energetic young girl who absolutely loves to play and explore! She especially enjoys being outside where she can run, play, and burn off some of her puppy energy.

Rosie is also a very fast learner, especially for such a young pup. She is currently working on her potty training and is making progress with her family’s guidance and consistency.

Rosie is looking for a loving home where she can be part of the family and receive the same unconditional love that she so happily gives in return. She would do best with a family who has the time and patience to continue helping her learn and grow.

A home with a secure backyard would be wonderful for Rosie because she loves having room to run and play. A family with someone who works from home or otherwise has plenty of time to spend with her would be ideal.  Rosie has the sweet, loving personality to become a wonderful lifelong family companion.
